Peer Support

National Support Groups meet monthly and bi-monthly. These Support Group Meetings provide a confidential space for men to share their experiences. The structured meetings allow men to rebuild their self-esteem and develop coping mechanisms.

The meetings are usually a series of six to eight sessions which are facilitated by one of our trained psychotherapists.

In order to join one of these sessions please get in touch on 01-5394277 or [email protected].
